This class of mail is a lower priced Standard Mail rate with the same delivery time frames. Once the USPS approves the application, 48HourPrint.com can mail for any Non-Profit organization at this discounted postage rate and this documentation will remain on file for all future mailing orders.
The application process includes a completed Postal Service Form 3623 plus a request for additional entry on company letterhead signed by an organization official. Once the Non-Profit organization has completed the necessary documentation it can either be faxed to 617-269-5080 or emailed firstname.lastname@example.org . 48HourPrint.com will then forward these documents to the local Post Office in Cleveland, OH for approval, which usually takes 3-5 business days.
Once approval has been granted 48HourPrint.com will proceed with the postage quote and the ink jetting of the mailing job.
