Cut-to-size vs. Roll Labels
When ordering custom labels, you can choose between two (2) ways to print them: cut-to-size or roll.
Cut-to-size labels (also known as individually cut and kiss-cut) are trimmed according to their exact size and shape. They are separated per piece and delivered in stacks. To apply, simply fold and peel off the backing from the label. Customers choose cut-to-size for manual applications and low quantity orders.
Roll labels are printed and wrapped around a cardboard spool. You can stick them by hand or use a label dispenser for faster applications. We recommend getting rolls if you need to label items fast or for orders of 250 pieces and more.
Durable Label Materials for Any Use
Bottle label materials should match your product and its storage requirements. We offer a wide variety of indoor and outdoor label stocks to match all types of applications.
White paper sticker is suitable for general product labeling and indoor use. It comes in matte, gloss, or high gloss UV coating.
White vinyl is our thickest and most durable material. It is made with UV-resistant gloss, which is outdoor-friendly and perfect for bottles exposed to various elements and weather conditions.
White premium sticker paper is our most popular indoor label material. It’s made of smooth,?semi-gloss, pressure-sensitive adhesive paper. Optional matte and gloss coating can add protection.
BOPP labels are made with gloss laminated polypropylene, a plastic-like adhesive that is ideal for products exposed to water, oil, moisture or refrigeration.
Estate adhesive paper is an uncoated adhesive with a subtle texture. You can leave the surface uncoated to make it writable or add a matte finish for extra protection.
