Q: What is the fastest printing turnaround time?
A:
If you’re pressed for time, we offer one (1) business day printing for a lot of our products. Printing turnaround is the time it takes for us to print and have your order ready for shipping or pick up. This excludes delivery times. For example, if you choose 1-day printing and your proof is approved by 8 p.m., we guarantee that your order will ship or be ready for pick up in 24 hours.
We also offer 2-, 3-, and 5-business day printing turnaround options. Please note that printing turnaround does not account for weekends or holidays.
Q: What is printing turnaround time?
A:
Printing turnaround refers to the time it takes for us to print your order and have it ready for shipping. This does not include delivery. Be sure to account for delivery times when you place your order. Your order will be ready for shipping after your preferred printing turnaround time, which you can specify in the order calculator.
Printing turnaround time does not include custom orders, mailing services, and/or ink jetting. It also does not cover shipping carrier delays in picking up orders for shipment or in delivering orders.
Q: Will I still get my order on time?

Our print geeks at 48HourPrint.com are working hard to deliver your order on time based on the estimated delivery date. We continue to follow applicable government orders based on our locations and have contingency plans if we need to respond swiftly to any changes.

Yes, our prices have not changed and will remain affordable for our customers. We are in this together during this critical time.
Q: Is my artwork checked for errors before it is printed?
A:
You can choose from two (2) proofing options. If you select “Print Right Away,” your file will get a 30-point human review to ensure technical quality. We’ll contact you immediately for any problems that can’t be fixed.
If you choose “I want a PDF proof”, you’ll receive a file for review and approval before we proceed to production.
Q: How do I use the online design tool?
A:
You can upload your artwork designed from other applications like Adobe Photoshop. If you don’t have a design yet, you can also use Create48, our easy online design tool. Follow these steps:
- Use the order calculator on your product page to indicate the size, material, and quantity of your print order. After, click “Design Online”.
- You will be redirected to the online design tool. The toolbar allows you to search and upload images, add text, and change colors.
- Save your design and include a job name.
- Proceed by clicking “Check Out Now”.
- Fill out your shipping address follow the rest of the checkout process.
