I have my own mailing list. How do I submit it?

On the postcard product page, click on “Mailing List Type” and choose “Submit Domestic List” or “Submit Foreign List.” To make sure you’re following the correct format for your mailing list, you can check out our guide.

What if my recipient moved?

If the recipient has moved and you chose First Class mail as your postal classification, it will include a return of mail option. Keep in mind that for undelivered mail to be returned, you have to add a return address on your mailing design. In case there is no return address, your mail will be discarded by the US Postal Service.

If you chose Standard Mail as your postal classification, it won’t have a return of mail option unless you use an Ancillary Service Endorsement and pay additional fees.

Do you offer EDDM printing?
