What is printing turnaround time?
Printing turnaround refers to the time it takes for us to print your order and have it ready for shipping. This does not include delivery. It is important to account for delivery times when you place your order.
Where can I get your free templates?
You can download free blank templates on the Templates tab of any product page on the website. It lists all the available sizes for that print product you can download.
How do I get a free file check?
Using the order calculator, select your preferred product specs, and click Upload Your Artwork. After uploading, select the PDF Proof option and a representative will e-mail you with the design within a day.
Do you give out free sample kits?
If you’re not sure about what type of product or material to order, we can send some samples to help you choose. Let us know if you want to see a specific format, configuration, product, or material and we’ll include that in your free sample kit.
