Cheap Booklet Printing to Boost Your Branding

Booklets are everywhere. Everyone uses custom booklets one way or another because they are one of the most versatile tools for brands and businesses.

There’s more space for you to share your story, promote products and services, and help you close that sale.

We offer cheap booklet printing with quality results. Our printing capabilities, premium materials, and various size options allow you to create booklets to suit any purpose.

Booklet Sizes

Product catalogs allow you to share useful information with customers—helping them to proceed with a purchasing decision. The most popular sizes are 8.5” x 11” and 9” x 12” because they allow more room for images and product specifications. These sizes are also typically used for magazines and photo portfolios.

For smaller booklets like employee handbooks or monthly newsletters, we recommend 6” x 9” or 8.5” x 5.5”.

Size 4” x 9” is like a regular brochure, so they are best for handouts and promotions. For restaurant menus, the most common size is 6” x 12”.

Are you looking for a new and creative way to show your work to potential clients? If you’re a visual artist or photographer, size 6” x 6” booklets have space to print your artwork, and they’re portable for easy distribution. This size also works well for small instruction manuals.

For cheap booklet printing, it’s important to consider the size, number of pages, quantity, material, and printing turnaround time to suit your budget.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is it cheaper if I order more booklets?

A: Yes. The more booklets you order, the lower the cost will be for each piece. You can check the unit price at the bottom of the order calculator located on the booklet product page.

Q: What material do I choose for my booklet cover?

A: We have three durable booklet covers for you to choose from

  • 100 lb. paper gloss is as thick as premium magazine paper. It’s flexible enough for folding yet does not easily crease. Its glossy surface is scuff and scratch resistant. We use 100 lb. paper for all of the inside pages of booklets. Choose 100 lb. paper as your cover if you want a magazine-style booklet.
  • 10 pt. cardstock gloss is a lightweight but thicker option if you want some durability for your booklets. This is often used for paperback books and catalog covers.
  • 10 pt. cardstock with high-gloss UV adds an even shinier coating to the outer cover, protecting your booklets from wear and tear. It boosts vibrancy and saturation, so we recommend using this for booklet covers that require highlighting colors and images.

Q: How do you bind booklets?

A: We do saddle stitch binding for booklets. It’s a popular binding method that uses two staples in the booklet’s spine. This secures the pages from the inside while allowing your booklets to open flat at the center. If you want wire-o or perfect binding instead, you can request a custom quote.

Q: When will I receive my booklets?

A: Our printing turnaround time for booklets is 48 hours after you confirm your order and payment.

Printing turnaround is the time it takes for us to print your order and have it ready for shipping. Please note that this does not include delivery and that you should account for the delivery period when placing your order. Your preferred turnaround time can be specified in the order calculator.

Q: What is the required file format for booklet printing?

A: We always prefer PDF files, but we also accept the following formats:

  • JPG
  • TIF
  • BMP
  • PSD
Before uploading, make sure your graphics and images have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and set to CMYK color mode. This ensures your order will print accurately and clearly.

Q: What is a "trim," "safe zone," and "bleed"?

A: These terms are guidelines commonly used in the printing industry to help determine that we are printing your design properly.

“Trim” indicates the final size of the product. Any images and copy that fall outside of the trim area will be cut off.

The “safe zone” is inside the trim, where all the important elements of your design should go.

“Bleed” is the extra material that will be trimmed off. This allows you to slightly extend the edges of your design, so you’re not left with white edges.
