Using our 24 Hour Proof Option

1. Click on the Upload Your Files Now button on the Order Confirmation page immediately after you have placed your order. You can also log into your My Account and click on the Job History link. Once you have located the job, click on the Upload print files for this job link.
2. Then browse your computer to locate your graphic file(s) by clicking on the Browse button(s).
3. Once you have identified your graphic file(s), just click on the Upload button to begin the process.
4. When completed you will be given confirmation that the files were uploaded successfully.
5. Before uploading your graphic file(s), please review the following checklist to avoid any errors or delays:
   • Ensure that all pop up blockers are turned off
   • Gather all the necessary project components, including fonts, typefaces, images, and linked graphics and place them in a new folder on your computer
   • Use Win ZIP or similar PC based software to bundle all your project components into a single compressed ZIP file.
   • On the MAC, you can use the Create Archive tool to create the necessary ZIP file or the Stuff It program to create a SIT file.
   • When using a MAC, please make sure the file names DO NOT include spaces and DO have extensions.
6. Each order submitted to 48HourPrint.com requires approval by the customer to verify that the print file is correct and is ready for print. Within 24 hours of submitting properly prepared files, an email will be sent to you including a link that will allow you to access your proof for review and approval. 7. If the files submitted contain any errors you will be contacted via email.
