Customer Relations Specialist Part Time - Boston, MA

Position Summary:
Learn from the experts! We are an ecommerce company/online printer looking to hire an intern or part time associate who has expertise in graphic design and wants to learn our business. This position will move around the sales and customer service team – from taking customer calls/inquiries to working on customer files to understanding prepress and production. If you have exceptional customer service skills and are well versed in the following graphic applications, we want to talk to you! Photoshop; Illustrator; InDesign; Acrobat (PDF Production); QuarkXpress; Freehand; CorelDraw; and Publisher.
Required Duties:
- Answer and respond to inbound calls; emails; and/or faxes regarding sales; customer service; billing; and technical support issues, including but not limited to:
- Product education; Processing orders; Retention efforts; Information requests; File preparation & upload; Downloading templates; and other print file problems.
- Collect and input accurate customer data into the required systems.
- Research and respond to escalated customer inquiries by coordinating efforts to ensure problems are resolved in a timely manner.
- Follow all policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Explain complex issues to customers in order to create a level of understanding so as to help resolve all outstanding issues.
- Understand the products offered to customers and the printing process.
- Provide a positive, professional work attitude towards both customers and co-workers at all times.
- Assist and provide back up support to all Customer Service Specialists.
- Assist co-workers and team-members.
- All other duties as assigned, including a willingness to travel.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of both Windows and Mac operating systems
- Knowledge of the following graphic applications: Photoshop; Illustrator; InDesign; Acrobate (PDF Production); QuarkXpress; Freehand; CorelDraw; and Publisher
- Project Management skills
- Enjoy working with people
- Multi-Tasking and the ability to prioritize
- Basic math skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to type with high accuracy
- Organized with great attention to detail
- Flexible; enthusiastic; high energy; and the ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly growing environment
- Working knowledge and ability to articulate print & design issues and resolutions
Required Experience:
- Experience using E-mail and the Internet
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Previous Sales; Customer Service; and Technical Support (Telephone/Email) experience
Education:
- Current candidate of an Associates and/or Bachelor degree program
- Undergraduate or Associates degree or related work experience preferred

Inside Sales Representative - Boston, MA

The Position:
As an inside sales representative for this growing, online printing company, you will be responsible for contacting targeted businesses and vertical markets to prospect, develop and close new accounts and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals. Previous experience with inside sales positions, including experience with high volume telemarketing and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients is required. Required Duties and Responsibilities:
- Qualify, develop and close business opportunities for 48hourprint.com
- Create a consistent and sustainable pipeline of business opportunities
- Achieve revenue quota, pipeline, forecast and customer satisfaction
- Generate new business opportunities for our products and services
- Work with assigned vertical markets; identify opportunities in the target market to acquire and develop customers
- Develop, manage, and report on a sales pipeline within the territory
- Work with Channel Partners/Resellers to identify and develop new business opportunities
Education:
Bachelors Degree Preferred
Required Experience:
- Exceptional prospecting/cold calling ability
- Strong telephone, oral, and written communications skills
- Develop rapport with others; recognize, build and maintain long-term associations based on trust
- Attention to detail
- 5+ years experience in account management/inside sales
- Excellent negotiation skills using techniques such as active listening
- Experience in telephone sales or business development with proven track record of achieving revenue quota
- Ability to foster team orientation with counterparts
- Ability to speak articulately and credibly
- Foster customer satisfaction
