| Coating: |
|
Gloss
Gloss Coating is a fast-drying, water-based, protective coating that is applied in-line on press. Gloss coatings create a printed product that is resistant to fingerprints, rubs and scuffs and lasts longer than average varnishes. It is not suitable for writing on.
Matte
Matte Coating is less shiny and provides moderate protection against scratches and scuffs. It is suitable to write on but is not compatible with all types of pens and markers. This coating is also compatible with some inkjet printers.

Self Cover (100# Text Stock)
The outside cover will be on 100# text stock, which is the same stock as the rest of the pages.
Plus Cover (80# Cover Stock)
The outside cover will be 80# Cover Stock, which is a thicker stock than the inside pages. Gloss Coating will be applied to the outside cover.
Plus Cover UV (80# Cover Stock UV coated)
The outside cover will be 80# Cover Stock, which is a thicker stock than the inside pages. U.V. Coating will be applied to the outside cover.
Please note: Cover is included in your selected number of pages. The outside front cover is page 1, inside front cover page 2, etc.

Due to the complexity of design, printing files must be submitted in a single multi-page PDF. Please do not submit a separate PDF file for each page.

24 Hour Proof
Within 1 business day you receive a 24-hour proof prepared in our prepress department and sent via email. All proofs approved by 5pm ET will go to print that evening! Proofs approved after 5pm ET will go to print on the next business day. Applies to business days only and excludes weekends and holidays. More 24-Hour Proof details.
Hard Proof
Using the files you upload, we will create a hard proof, for use in confirming proper pagination and page layout. This hard proof is a low resolution file that is printed on uncoated paper, and is not intended for color approval.
Your hard proofs will be sent via UPS Next Day Air at no charge. After you review your hard proof, log into your My Account section, approve the proof, and your job will be sent to print.
Please Note: Due to additional bindery services, and the complexity of the work, printing for quantities over 3,000 requires additional press time and therefore falls outside of our 48 Hour Turnaround Guarantee.

You can choose from two proofing options for your order of catalogs:
24 Hour Proof – An online Soft-Proof prepared in our prepress department that will be delivered to you by email within 24 business hours.
Hard Proof - Using the files you upload for your catalogs, we will create a Hard Proof for use in confirming proper pagination, page layout, type, and trim margins. Please be aware that this Hard Proof is a low resolution copy that is printed on uncoated paper. It is not intended for color approval or paper match.
The hard proof of your catalog order will be sent via UPS Next Day Air at no charge. You can then review your Hard Proof, log into your My Account section, approve the proof, and your job will be sent to print.*
All of our catalog printing comes in six different sizes and feature saddle stitching, full color, high quality 100# Text stock with your choice of Self Cover (pages and cover on 100# Text stock) or Plus Cover (pages on 100# Text stock; cover on 80# Cover stock), and free Gloss or Matte Coating.
