Once you have selected your banner template, you will be redirected to our intuitive online design tool. Here’s how to use it in designing your custom banners:

• Step 1. Choose a banner template that you want to customize.


• Step 2. Start customizing your banner online. Type the text on the banner template and upload your photos logo or graphics.



Note: You can find the tools that you need for designing your banner on the Top Toolbar. Use them to crop your image, insert shapes and photos, add background color, and more.

If you also want to use images that look more professional, you may access our image library without exiting the design tool. Here, you can purchase licensed stock images that you can use to perfect your banner.



• Step 3. Click Preview, Save, and Proceed to Order once you’re done with the design.

Frequently Asked Questions

How soon can I receive my order?

We can print and have your order ready for shipping in just three (3) business days. This only includes printing turnaround time and does not cover weekends, holidays, and shipping transit time. You can provide your ZIP code on the order calculator to check the estimated delivery date of your order.

Is tension fabric machine-washable?

In general, fabric displays can be machine-washed. For proper care, use cold water and mild detergent to prevent fading. To avoid shrinking, hang them up to air-dry.

Does my order come with a stand?

By default, tension fabric banners come with a lightweight frame and a carrying bag for easy storage. However, you can order the banner only by choosing the display option from the product calculator.

Are custom sizes available for tension fabric banners?

We currently offer only two (2) sizes for these banners: 36” x 90” and 48” x 90”.

Can I upload my artwork later?

Absolutely. Choose the Buy Now, Upload Later option to check out. When you’re ready to print your product, go to My Account, find your order, and upload your artwork.

Where can I find the templates for the banners?

Below the product calculator, you will find the Layout Templates tab. From there, you can choose the size of your banner. Click on the folder icon to download the different file formats.
