    Ticket File Preparation

When ordering Tickets we will need a mockup of where you would like the numbering and perforation to be placed on your design. The mockup should be an additional file that is uploaded with your graphic file(s) and should be named accordingly. (i.e. ticket_mockup.jpg) Please also note that all numbers are printed in Times New Roman, 14 pt. type. Tickets are available in the following configurations:

    Single Number, No Perforation
For Tickets with no perforation necessary, numbering will most likely be needed in one area of the ticket. A blank, white area should be left available or should be added to the design to allow room for numbering. The effective area should be approximately 1/4" x 1" (0.25"x 1.00") and may be placed anywhere within the ticket’s safety area.

    Single Number w/ Perforation
For Tickets with perforation and numbering on one side, the number may appear on either side, horizontally or vertically of the perforation with minimum 5/16" spacing between perforation and the edge of the numbering area. A blank, white area (1/4" x 1") should be left available or should be added to the ticket design to allow room for numbering.

Numbered Horizontally, 2 Places w/ Perforation
For Tickets with perforation and numbering in two (2) places, the number area should be placed on one side of the perforation with minimum 5/16" spacing between perforation and the edge of the numbering area. Each of the opposing numbers should be offset ½" from the opposing ends. A blank, white area (1/4" x 1") should be left available or should be added to the ticket design to allow room for numbering.

Numbered Vertically, 2 Places w/ Perforation
For Tickets with perforation and numbering in two (2) places, the number area should be placed on one side of the perforation with minimum 5/16" spacing between perforation and the edge of the numbering area. Each of the opposing numbers should be offset ¾" from the opposing ends. A blank, white area (1/4" x 1") should be left available or should be added to the ticket design to allow room for numbering.

Numbered Vertically on each end, 2 Places w/ Perforation
For Tickets with perforation and numbering in two (2) places on opposite ends of the tickets, there needs to be 3/8" minimum spacing from each edge of the numbering area to the edge of the ticket to allow enough space for the numbering process to perform properly. A blank, white area (1/4" x 1") should be left available or should be added to the ticket design to allow room for numbering.

Please feel free to download these Ticket Numbering Guidelines (PDF, 80 KB).
