Window cling is for indoor use only. Right Reading From Inside means that the printed image and text can only be read normally from the inside. Right Reading From Outside means the printed image and text can only be read normally from the outside meaning the printed image and text will be viewable through the glass.
To create a clear window cling where the viewable side is to be seen through a piece of glass, select Right Reading From Outside.

Clear window clings are see-through when placed on the inside of glass and windows. White window clings are printed on an all white stock and are not see-through.
