Canceling A Job

Due to the very quick nature of our business, we process orders as soon as we receive them. No cancellations or refunds are available on orders that have gone to print. In the case of a cancellation on an order where no files have been prepared for printing and no online proof has been sent, a $10.00 processing fee will be charged for printing only jobs. In the case of a cancellation on an order where we have already pre-flighted your files and have shown you an on-line proof a $25.00 processing fee will be charged. An additional $35.00 fee will be charged for Mailing Services jobs where we have already processed your mailing list. RUSH FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

If you need to cancel an order you have placed, you must call 1-800-844-0599 and speak to a Customer Care Associate.
