We know how critical it is for you to receive your printing services and materials on time. We are the only printing company that offers guaranteed turnaround on all of our standard products (see below for quantity and finishing restrictions).

In addition to our 48 Hour Turnaround Guarantee on our standard products we also offer a 24 Hour Turnaround Guarantee on many of these standard products. We also offer a 5-Day Turnaround Guarantee on large quantities and jobs that require time intensive finishing operations.

These guaranteed FAST turnaround times are included as part of our standard pricing – WITH NO HIDDEN UP CHARGES! This is part of our commitment to you so that you can honor commitments to your customers.

48 Hour Turnaround Guarantee

If your proof is approved by 5:00 PM EST, your order is guaranteed to go to print that evening and ship from our facility in 48 hours – or your order is FREE*. The following exceptions apply:

• 48 hours refers to 2 business days and does not include weekends or holidays.
• This policy does not include Double Gate Fold Brochures, Notepads, U.V. coated Pocket Folders, U.V. coated CD Wallets, all uncoated products, A2 Envelopes, A6 Envelopes, A7 Envelopes, A9 Envelopes, 9x12 Envelopes, 10x13 Envelopes, custom orders, mailing services and/or ink jetting.
• Our guarantee does not apply to quantities greater than 10,000 on most products, except for Pocket Folders, CD Wallets, Booklets, Catalogs, and Calendars which are quantities greater than 3,000.
• The 48HourPrint.com Guarantee does not cover UPS delays in picking up orders for shipment or in delivering orders.

24 Hour Turnaround Guarantee

If your proof is approved by 5:00 PM EST, your order is guaranteed to go to print that evening and ship from our facility in 24 hours – or your order is FREE*. The following exceptions apply:

• This policy only applies to smaller quantity jobs printed on a digital press and do not require any finishing operations (meaning they are "print" & "cut" products).
• 24 hours refers to 1 business day and does not include weekends or holidays.
• This policy covers only Business Cards, Postcards, Appointment Cards, Sell Sheets, Bookmarks, Buckslips, Letterhead, Rack Cards, and 8.5x11 and 11x17 Posters.
• This guarantee only applies to quantities less than 500 for the above products printed on a digital press.
• The 48HourPrint.com Guarantee does not cover UPS delays in picking up orders for shipment or in delivering orders.

* All refunds for missed 24 Hour Turnaround Guarantee orders exclude shipping and tax.

5-Day Turnaround Guarantee

For larger quantity jobs and other projects that require extra finishing operations (which are not covered under our 48 Hour Guarantee), we offer a 5-Day turnaround guarantee on the remainder of our standard products.

If your proof is approved by 5:00 PM EST, your order is guaranteed to go to print that evening and ship from our facility in 5 business days – or your order is FREE*. The following exceptions apply:

• 5 business days does not include weekends or holidays.
• This policy does not include custom orders, mailing services and/or ink jetting.
• The 5-Day Guarantee does not cover UPS delays in picking up orders for shipment or in delivering orders.

* All refunds for missed 5-Day Turnaround Guarantee orders exclude shipping and tax.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time is defined as the time it takes for 48HourPrint.com to print your order after you have approved your proof and does not include the time an order takes to be delivered once it leaves our production facility. Be sure to account for delivery times when you place your order.

We want to ensure that our customers understand our guarantee and how turnaround time is calculated. To assist you in determining your shipping method, we have also included UPS Ground maps for each of our production facilities.

The following chart compares printing and shipping times between an order whose proofs were approved by 5pm on a Monday and after 5pm on a Monday for our 48 Hour Turnaround, 24 Hour Turnaround, and 5-Day Turnaround Guarantee.
